Christie did an outstanding job selling our home. Home was under contract within a month and closing was done on time. Christie did an excellent job in marketing our home, having professional pictures done, holding open houses every week, and arranging private showings. Christie always gave great feedback on how the open house and private showings went. Christie went above and beyond for us. We were on a time crunch, we were leaving the area. By the time we had to leave, the home was not sold yet. Christie took care of many items for us after we left. She continued to hold open houses. We left behind patio furniture that we could not take, Christie arranged for those items to be picked up for us, something that we did not have to worry about. We left some items in the dryer, Christie packed those items up and shipped them to us, she also shipped any mail that was delivered after we moved. Before we moved, Christie offered her help with packing, how many realtors would do that. Christie also negotiated a good deal on the sale, saving us some money. The level of service Christie provided was excellent and if we are ever in Florida again and need a real estate professional, we would turn to Christie. Well don’t even know where to start. But first things first. When my wife and I gave certain specs she showed us just that. Didn’t show us anything less. Always picks up the phone.
